Improvements to AI-generated personalization content
Custom Events in AI Context, Clearer CRM Fields & Editor Improvements
AI prompts can now use your custom events as context
AI now picks resources by their name instead of internal IDs, so CTAs, content, images and testimonials are chosen more accurately
Clearer CRM field names
Form submissions and custom events now count as a completion for every matching CTA, once per session – so CTA performance reflects all CTAs pointing to that form
On-site editor: read-only preview links now highlight only elements that actually have personalization, and highlights and element details appear immediately
On-site editor: original values for CTAs are now readable, drafts are detected on every variable of an element, and personalized elements rendered through our React integration are now editable
Fixes across cohorts and collections – the cohort ID is now shown when editing a cohort, and enabling cohort variables or switching resource type can no longer overwrite saved assignments
Richer Resources & More Accurate Analytics
More fields for resource library elements – an image for CTAs, an image or video for content, and an image, video or source link for testimonials
Website URL and AI context are now optional when creating a content resource
More accurate Personalization Showings on the dashboard
The batch save bar no longer stays on screen after you discard pending personalization changes
Reliability and error-monitoring improvements across the app
On-Site Editor Improvements
Personalized elements are now highlighted by default when you open the on-site editor
A loading indicator now appears while switching cohorts in the personalizations table
Testimonial quotes now show exactly as you wrote them, without extra quotation marks added around them
Shareable preview links – send a read-only link so anyone can see exactly what a contact or account sees on your site, with no login needed
The on-site editor now opens instantly on your page
Personalization now comes from one place – when a contact has personalized content, it’s used in full instead of being mixed with company-level content
Two-factor authentication status is now visible next to each user in your workspace
The dashboard is now the first page you see after logging in
